Showing a mother and baby zebra standing peacefully together, this magnificent sculpture is inspired by Africa’s incredible wildlife. The zebras’ striking markings have been expertly recreated using approximately 48,000 crystals, set by hand in our iconic Pointiage technique. Limited to 300 pieces worldwide, each edition is crafted on demand and takes over 290 hours to complete. Uzuri, meaning ‘grace and beauty’ in Swahili, is delivered in a blue suitcase with a certificate of authenticity. The shipping procedure includes insurance and a delivery notice. A testament to Swarovski's unique craftsmanship, it showcases 457 crystal facets and combines two special crystal effects to recreate the animal's iconic stripes. Its name, Amai, means 'mother' in the Shona language of Zimbabwe. The designer Heinz Tabertshofer's initials and the year of issue (2021) are engraved on the base.
