Sneezy is a porcelain sculpture that reproduces one of Snow White’s companions. It’s a fictional character based on the Grimm brothers’ tale, where a princess meets a group of seven dwarfs when she runs away from her evil stepmother, who has ordered her to be killed to be more beautiful in the kingdom. Finished in glossy porcelain and decorated with the character’s characteristic colors. The piece has two pink flowers and a commemorative Disney 80th anniversary decal on its base. Lladro Lamassu Sculpture. Limited Edition
The striking presence of mythological beings flanking the Ishtar Gate at the walls of Babylon inspired the artists of the Lladró High Porcelain workshop in this powerful sculpture, richly decorated with golds, lustres and a vast wealth of colours and textures. Lamassu is the name of the winged bulls with human heads guarding the entrance to the royal palaces of the ancient Neo-Assyrian empire. With their imposing presence on both sides of the door, they symbolised the supernatural powers of kings, drove away evil and attracted good fortune. Each of the elements of this mythological creature is reproduced with great artistry in this limited edition: the wild bull of Mesopotamia hunted by kings, the eagle representing the monarch contemplating his subjects, and the human brow crowned as an allusion to his intelligence and divinity. In the embellishment of the piece, blue tones are highlighted, with turquoise reminiscent of lapis lazuli and gold as a symbol of wealth, all applied with great precision by hand. New lustres are combined in cobalt blue and brown, in addition to a combination of matte, gloss and satin finishes.
Japan-Kabuki Sculpture. Limited Edition – Lladro
This powerful character dressed in a spectacular costume is a limited edition of 250 units in High Porcelain, the category for the most exclusive pieces created at the Lladró workshops. The decoration of the piece also boasts a rich spectrum of colors, with a special mention for the metallic tones of the skirt, which called for a highly specific and complex application. Equally of note are the various finishes used to underscore the details and the striking recreation of the make-up covering the actor’s face. Kabuki is a creation conveying all the expressiveness and visual wealth that has made this traditional Japanese art form so famous.
Lladro Minnie in black and white Sculpture
This creation offers a contemporary vision of Minnie, Mickey Mouse’s sweetheart. The point of departure for the creative approach is animated cartoon techniques based on black ink drawing on a white ground. So, black is the only color used in the decoration of Minnie, together with a few touches of golden luster applied in the ribbon in her hair, her shoes and the tip of her nose. The end result is an unmistakable and charming Minnie who has swapped her usual red dress for a white dress with black polka dots rendered with utmost care and precision. The base is faceted black porcelain.

Hina Dolls - Emperor is an exquisite piece of High Porcelain with delicate and meticulous embellishment, inspired by an ancient Japanese tradition. It is a piece destined to become a veritable family heirloom. This emperor represents one of the leading figures of Hina Ningyo, a composition of figures placed upon a stage, where girls are given away in Japan every 3 March at the feast of Hina Matsuri to assure them a happy life. This limited edition, which pays careful attention to the smallest details of the garments worn by emperors of the Japanese court during the Heian period, forms a pair with Hina Dolls - Empress. On a decorative level, the reproduction of the richness of embroidered fabrics is highlighted, as is the image of traditional Japanese fabric simulating Damascus silk, which transforms the piece into a little jewel. In terms of the richness of the colour palette, this creation surpasses the classic Lladró palette and introduces more intense colours. The dark colour of the dress and the decorative details in three tones are emphasised, applied by hand through a painstaking process which enables them to stand out against such an intense background.

If there is one essential character in the history of animation and in the hearts of children all over the world, then that is Mickey Mouse. And always by the side of the world’s most famous mouse is his inseparable companion, the adorable Minnie. They debuted together in 1928 in what is now considered Disney’s first resounding success. The coquettish Minnie Mouse is the main character in this piece which now joins Lladró’s Disney collection. Made in matte and glazed porcelain and decorated in pink tones with iridescent touches.

Lladró artists portray a coiled dragon, whose fierce stare conveys all the power and strength of this mythological creature. On a technical level, the production process for this sculpture is highly complex, with all the whiskers, claws, crests, scales and other fragments painted with enamels and metallic lustres in every area. With this blue edition of the Great Dragon, the most contemporary and Westernised vision of the dragon has been depicted, increasing its decorative potential.
